Here’s a brief outline of how we recruit volunteers and paid staff to roles within the Church.
Note: each time we recruit, every item below is addressed, but in a proportionate manner. (e.g. recruiting for volunteers to help with occassional church cleaning will not be treated as formally as we might recruit for a paid full time youth worker!!).
